Exhibit Afiled by Alfred
Findings, opinion and order
Alfred v. Hung, 919 Petty 17 (2023)
Opinion of the court
Plaintiff Alfred claims Jun Hung consumed his apple, a matter of petty theft. Exhibit A, however, only displays scales of justice, offering no evidence of the alleged consumption. In such cases, as dictated in Grimson v. Unconsumed Fruit, 514 Petty 32 (2022), mere accusation without compelling evidence cannot prevail.
Disposition
Judgment is entered for the Defendant, Jun Hung.
Damages and obligations awarded
Plaintiff shall bake one (1) apple pie for Defendant within seven (7) days, providing a receipt for ingredients.
